I'm glad to finally introduce myself. My name is Jean-Claude or “ Stache” as Dustin calls me and I am the "Air Traffic Controller" for Dustin Arruda Mortgages. I work mostly behind the scenes, from IT, to marketing, to document collection and underwriting. I have been working with Dustin for 6 months, but we have been friends for 15 years. I came into this industry with little to no knowledge on a mortgage, and with Dustin's help and expertise, I can confidently say I am a mortgage PROFESSIONAL. I come from a sales background, I ran a marketing business for 3 years that was halted by the pandemic. I knew I wanted a career change but struggled to find somewhere I "fit in". Mortgages definitely feels like my forever career because I love running numbers, I love helping people, and I NEED to have variation in my days.
