Our Story

We are community group in Burlington Ontario, passionate about rugby and the richness of friendship through sport, teamwork and respect. The junior program is open to boys and girls of all ages and abilities!

We run programs for all ages from 3 to 18, starting with coed non-contact flag rugby, introducing the contact game for U11 and U13 and the migrating on to the full union game for our high school aged athletes. U5 to U13 train Mondays and Wednesday nights at Sherwood Forest, near Appleby and Fairview in Burlington, Ontario. We are an inclusive, family friendly club with multiple generations playing, coaching and contributing to a rich rugby community, embodying a “one-club” philosophy from the littlest to the oldest among us. Serving the Burlington Community or over 45 years, our motto remains, “Friends through rugby, Friends through LIFE.” All our welcome and we hope to meet you at the club sometime soon.
