It’s with the heaviest of hearts we announce that Studio Brewing will be closing permanently and our last day of operations will be Friday, December 22, 2023.

Marketplatz - German Pilsner

Part of our Lagers of Distinction series, Marketplatz is a traditional German Pilsner brewed with 100% European Pilsner malt and well-hopped with Noble hops.

Small Hours - Dark Lager

The darker side of a classic German Lager. Made with Saaz and Perle hops, classic lager malts, and midnight wheat for notes of dark chocolate and dried cherries. A beer for the small hours...or any hour at all.

Felix - American Stout

Our award-winning American Stout, Felix is brewed with lots of oats, a nice amount of roasted malt and fermented quite dry. Think espresso, cocoa and toffee with a herbal backbone.

FULL BLOOM - Fruited Sour

Packed with hibiscus and mango, this live lacto sour is packed with tropical and floral notes.

PERSONAL EFFECTS - Hazy Pale Ale

A delicate balance of new world hops and subtle malt character, this beer is approachable and refreshing.

AL VOLO - Dry Hopped Brett Saison

Al Volo (“On the Fly”) utlizes a vigorous mixed Saison culture and is dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Azacca. This Brett Saison has delicate floral and barnyard notes and a round tropical and pit fruit character that carries on sip after sip.
