Accountability & Role
4TH YEAR APPRENTICE or JOURNEY PERSON -ELECTRICIANS are key elements in the growth of Stapleton Electric inc. This role is an integral part of our organization, and we take its roles and responsibilities very seriously.

4th year Apprentice Deliverables:

1.Labour hours: 36 hours produced on budget and on schedule per week

2.Help to ensure tools and materials are prepared in advance to enable projects to be produced in the most efficient manner possible.

3.Daily updates to all required administrative tracking systems by 8pm next day.

4.Aid in the maintenance of an average 4/5 Google rating through assisting with the customer’s experience and ensuring they are exceptionally satisfied.

5. Provide the Lead Electrician and or project manager with daily updates regarding any customer interactions.

6.Double check all work being produced by yourself and your crew members to proactively prevent deficiencies.
