As I reflect on this year, I can now say that I truly understand the saying “slow is smooth, smooth is fast”

By slowing down, it has allowed for me to build much higher quality and better connections with those around me - leaving me feeling even more energized to keep the marathon going. It has also taught me the importance of setting boundaries and protecting my energy. It also taught me to enjoy and smell the flowers along the way, and that happiness is a choice.

Truly grateful for all the lessons, the bonds, and the amazing people I have around me.
