Strength training, also known as resistance training or weight training, is a form of physical activity that focuses on improving muscular strength, endurance, and power. Today, Nicole smashed one of her goals of running a 10km marathon through Vancouver! ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

After working hard on building solid habits, Nicole decided she wanted to amp up her goals this year. We are so lucky to have been alongside her in this journey; she really put in the work from nutrition, rest and her exercise program.
