Today, Nicole smashed one of her goals of running a 10km marathon through Vancouver! ๐โโ๏ธ
After working hard on building solid habits, Nicole decided she wanted to amp up her goals this year. We are so lucky to have been alongside her in this journey; she really put in the work from nutrition, rest and her exercise program.
