It was my favourite song to sing and there’s proof of it on Beta that my Uncle is keeping safe for me 😜
When I saw a book version of it, I knew I had to have it. My parents got it for both set of grandkids at Christmas to keep the tradition and history alive!

February is right around the corner, Saturday to be exact 😜

I want to personally invite you to my Free community this February. Our focus will be related to hearts but in a fun and practical way. This is how I decided on the name for the February group:
I love your heart ♥️

The name is actually from something my son started to say to me for over a year now or maybe 2. And our daughter is following suit as well. Whenever he says he loves me, he follows it up with ‘and I love your heart’. It caught me off guard the first time I heard it, but now it’s so sweet and it seriously melts my heart every time 🥰

February is heart month, so we’ll be focusing on loving our hearts the best we can. I’ll be sharing health health facts and fun things too. Delicious dishes (aka recipes!), functional exercises for all levels and ages, and of course lots of love and laughter (you guys can help in this department as well 💕).

Feel free to send me any fun heart things you have or know (crafts, recipes, facts, clothes, songs, quotes, verses, books...). You can email them to me at: [email protected] or send it via messenger or Instagram.

Feeling fresh and new in this space and can’t wait to add our family pictures to complete my vision.
My goal last year was to finally put photos up on our wall. The girl who takes a million photos, unfortunately doesn’t have any on her walls 🙈
The painting of the walls was an impulsive decision but it felt right and looks awesome! Plus I think the house has settled after 7 years 😜
Now to find new frames since I returned the 9 frames I bought a few weeks ago, since it was art and not intended to be open (lesson learned).
Any advice for a gallery wall?
Best place to buy frames?
- I need 8 x 8 (already have the photos!)
- Ikea may be my best bet at this time...

Hello ‘CELEBRATION’ photos 🙌🏻
I was thinking of not doing ‘before’ photos for this new program starting tomorrow. I’m at a point in my journey where I know who I am and I don’t need these photos to show me the way or prove something anymore. But I’m ALL in with my Barre Belles 👯‍♀️ and I changed my attitude around these photos...hence the birth of the name ‘CELEBRATION’ photos!!! Do you like the idea?!
