Attention Members! Update to your Group Strength & Conditioning Schedule 📆.

Key Changes:
- M/W 6 PM are now a “compete class” for those looking to take on challenges like TRU Challenge, UG Series and more! Purpose of this class is to compliment your training and specifically prepare you for these types of events 💪

SATURDAYS 9 AM are now a COMMUNITY Boot Camp! Meaning bring your friend, family member or co-worker. These are beginner friendly sweaty circuit style workouts. Email [email protected] or DM us to let us know who your bringing so we can be best prepared 👊
