Calgary: Prices remain resilient, with detached homes reaching a $747,800 benchmark, although all property types posted modest year-over-year declinesβcreating more negotiating power for buyers.
Airdrie: Continued adjustments across every segment, with apartments down -8.73%, are opening doors for buyers who may have been sidelined during the market's rapid rise.
Chestermere: Demand remains strong. Detached benchmark prices climbed 4.83% to $766,000, while row homes also posted gains of 0.68%.
Canmore: Still operating in a market of its own. Detached homes reached $1,703,800, while semi-detached properties continued to appreciate year-over-year.
Strathmore: Maintaining impressive momentum as an affordable alternative, with detached prices rising 1.38% and steady gains seen across all property types.
