This easy air fryer recipe brings together perfectly cooked steak and Panang curry, ready in just 15 minutes from start to finish. Hearty, flavourful, and made for both steak and curry lovers, it’s a simple way to create a memorable, restaurant-quality meal at home.

1. Lightly season your steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place both in the air fryer at 400°F for 15 minutes for medium rare finish.
4. Flip the steak halfway through.
5. Heat your Panang (or your favourite Curry Co. curry) and plate together. Serve, enjoy, and impress❤️
