Everytime I have seen AVENEGERS, I have been fascinated with the VALUES they hold. :)

- They always believe in 's strength, they discuss , develop and fight any adversity as a team.

- Creative and

- They have their share of challenges, anxieties, fear, and sometimes even depression, and even accepting it ( Thor for example)

- Many times they fail, but they don't give up.

- They have always a plan B, and do not depend only on a single approach.

- Have fun at their work.

- They know their well, and they trust each others strengths too.

- They put their people first.

- Courageous, optimistic and dare to do.

- Work force

- In times of crisis they don't build barriers, instead they stand together as a single .
