As YYC EXP 2026 comes to a close today, we want to say a massive thank you to everyone who joined us at Fineprint. It’s been a whirlwind of flavors, and we loved seeing which combinations you chose for your $40 feature menu.

* To Start: Our vibrant Tomato and Fennel Salad, a fresh blend of grape and cucumber refresco, feta, and anchovy vinaigrette.
* The Main Event: Whether you went for the pan-seared Salmon with gribiche and olive tapenade, or our signature Fine Print Burger loaded with braised short rib, bacon fat pearl onions, and brie on brioche.
* The Grand Finale: Ending on a high note with our Opera Cake with layers of almond joconde, espresso cream, and caramelized cremeux.
