Good weather means indoor and outdoor events!Come prepared to try it all!
Men, women and youth over 13 years of age with a parent will enjoy trying all the forms of strength training that has to offer. Experienced coaches will show you how, then you try it yourself! It’s a night of “I didn’t know I could do that!”
Bring a yoga mat, indoor and outdoor training gear, a water bottle and registration fee.

We’ve got a great night lined up for May 23!

As a recent psychology graduate, Malina is passionate about working through mental roadblocks towards one’s goals by reframing adversity as a challenge to overcome rather than a threat to avoid. With a focus on valuing process over product, she’ll challenge the skewed and misleading modern expectations that boredom, frustration and delayed gratification are meant to be minimized rather than embraced.
And Leah Cameron- is back to guide us into better mobility and our pre- lift movements! As a world class competitive powerlifter and coach, past gymnastics competitor and coach and current yoga instructor, Leah will get you ready to move through all the lifts has to offer!
Weather permitting we’ll even have some outdoor events such as truck pull and sandbag toss! Inside may be Hercules Hold, atlas stones, mas wrestling, grip sport and more! Come try it all out!
