Our systemic approach to striking focuses on developing quality technique and effective transfer to live scenarios and fights — with a strong emphasis on defense, awareness, and minimizing damage.

Our program welcomes both those looking to compete and those simply seeking a great workout. We make it possible for people at different levels to train together safely and progress at their own pace.

Striking classes run Monday to Friday at 6pm till 7pm.

Last weekend, and Coach made the trip to in Red Deer for Charlie’s toughest tournament yet—and he came out with double GOLD in both his Gi and No-Gi divisions!!!
Charlie faced serious challenges, with each match testing his skill, mindset, and resilience, yet he rose to the occasion, showing the kind of grit and composure we’ve worked hard to build. We couldn’t be prouder ❤️
Charlie’s growth since joining Aether has been incredible. He’s not only a phenomenal athlete, but also an amazing student and teammate.
People like Charlie are a big part of what makes Aether such a unique environment: high-level training in a friendly, welcoming space.
