Cody is driven by a deep passion for the culinary arts and a burning desire to discover new flavours and tasting profiles that are both health forward and delicious. Over the years, he has honed his skills by working with local restaurant groups and independent establishments, gaining invaluable experience under the mentorship of some of Calgary’s top chefs. He joined the Olea and Sensei teams because he believes that exceptional cuisine can be served in fun and enjoyable establishments. 😊
One of Cody’s signature creations is his Cavatelli pasta, which pairs beautifully with Fumées Blanche. For dessert, he serves a delectable chocolate mousse complemented by Ramos Pinto RP10 Port. 🍷
