Lobster for 400? Just another Saturday 🦞👌
The GEC team catered Pearls of Wisdom at Mount Royal University last Saturday, June 6 - passed hors d'oeuvres, a live oyster station, Atlantic lobster, Angus beef tenderloin, and a full petite desserts spread. All for 400 guests, executed flawlessly.
