Hey good morning Eva,

It’s good to hear from you. I am doing well. I have continued working on myself and have been using the the tools that I learned through our discussions.

I look back at the homework frequently, mostly just as a reminder of the work we did.

I am feeling great though and have continued to live a sober life since we spoke last.

I hope that you are doing well and enjoying some nice weather.

Victimhood is when traumatic things have happened in your life and instead of healing from them, you suffocate your feelings with people, and substances, while your inner world becomes hateful, angry, self righteous, and has a poor me, it’s everyone else, mentality.
