Falling more and more in love with this universe we live in everyday through my relationship with energy. Feeling the ebb and flow of seasons in nature, myself and all my relationships is beautiful.

I found my first grey hair a couple days ago and celebrated it. Growing old is a privilege many are not afforded.

We’re here to evolve, personally and collectively. I choose to honour that by leaning into that purpose. ✨ we’re here to experience the magic that is life - in light and shadow.

As an Albertan, camouflage is in my DNA. But I’m more for zeal tree than real tree. Why blend in when we were born to stand out??
