Hey CCYYC Community!

We are excited to host a half-day event exploring mental health across the lifespan at Mount Royal University on Thursday, May 21, from 10 am to 2 pm.

This event brings together partners and professionals from across Calgary’s mental health ecosystem. With a mix of short presentations, facilitated discussions, and structured networking, the event will highlight and showcase the innovative work within the CCYYC network while exploring opportunities for stronger collaboration and coordinated care in Calgary.

You will gain practical insights, build new connections, and contribute to conversations about how we can better support mental wellbeing at every stage of life.

We will have four speakers discussing different subjects, all centered on various aspects of the life span, creating an accessible and friendly space to share thoughts.

Access to mental health support should feel safe, affirming, and culturally understood.

Services are delivered by Black therapists and designed to support emotional well-being, identity, and life transitions in a space grounded in care and understanding.

If you or someone you know could benefit from this support, you can learn more or book through CCYYC.
