There is a narrative that women like to tear down other women.

And sure, I am not here to rewrite a lifetime of experiences or pretend they don't exist.

But I will say this.
The people who have fixed my crown, lifted me up, and reminded me who I am have overwhelmingly been women.

They brought me into boardrooms.
They told me my voice mattered.
They listened to the tears during moments of imposter syndrome.
They reminded me not to forget my worth or purpose when I was questioning everything.

Because of them, I made a vow. To build companies that support women, hire women, and make space for women to rise together.

Is there girl-on-girl harm out there? Absolutely.
But I choose to focus on the other side of that story.
