It is important to know the role of different working dogs. Services dogs are professionally trained and certified and can accompany their handlers anywhere they are needed. Therapy dogs are used to encourage those around them, but are not service animals. Emotional Support Animals are there to comfort and bring emotional support to their family. But no matter their job, they are good dogs/animals.

Keep in mind the things you can and cannot control. If you feel like you're struggling with anxiety or anger, perhaps it's time to let go of some of those things that are out of your control.
