1️⃣ Timeline Management
Building in and protecting small breathing spaces in your timeline (to eat, touch up, hug your people) so the day doesn’t feel like a sprint from one event to the next.

2️⃣ Vendor Communication
Making sure everyone knows where to park, unload, and enter so they’re not calling you (or your mom) lost in the parking lot 30 minutes before the ceremony.

3️⃣ Setup + Checkins
Coordinating with your photo/vid team so they’re ready for key moments while juggling the set up of each service in an efficient order.

4️⃣ Problem Solving In Real Time
Handling questions like “we’re out of pens for the guestbook” or “Uncle Mark changed his meal choice” or “it’s snowing .. will you wipe my ceremony chair”

5️⃣ Guest Questions
Quietly shifting guests from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, making sure drinks and music are ready, and that no one is wandering confused while you’re trying to enjoy your photos.
