Meet Perkins, the world’s sweetest little cautious potato.
Perkins was a little nervous during his photoshoot, but once he found a spot that felt safe, he happily stayed put and let me capture just how handsome he is.
At 10 months old, Perkins approaches life with thoughtful caution. A garbage can that’s moved? Suspicious. A lawn ornament that appeared overnight? Better keep an eye on it. 😅 But underneath that careful nature is one of the gentlest dogs you’ll ever meet.
Once he knows he’s safe, Perkins melts into affection. He loves belly rubs, quietly leaning into his people, daily walks, and simply being close to those he trusts.
He’s house trained, crate trained, wonderful with other dogs, respectful of cats (though he’d happily sample their food), and does well with calm, patient kids who understand that friendships don’t have to happen instantly.
Right now, Perkins is working on becoming a brave little toaster, learning that the world isn’t nearly as scary as it sometimes seems.
If you have a little patience and a quiet home, Perkins will reward you with the kind of loyalty that only comes from earning a shy dog’s trust. And that’s a pretty special thing. ❤️

Adoptable from
I know her name is Peanut... but I have to admit, Pirate would’ve fit pretty well too.
Meet Peanut ❤️
This itty-bitty pirate princess completely stole my heart. She was an absolute dream for her photoshoot, sweet, patient, well-mannered, and happy to work for snacks... as long as they landed on the side of her good eye.
Missing an eye hasn’t slowed this 5-month-old puppy down one bit. There are no lifelong limitations here, just one adorable little dog living life to the fullest.
Peanut is house trained, crate trained, wonderful with kids, dogs, and cats, and has perfected the art of being your tiny shadow. Her greatest passions include warm cuddles, heated blankets, cozy naps, and making herself as close to her people as physically possible.
She’s the kind of puppy who doesn’t need to be the center of attention. She’s simply happy to be beside you, soaking up all the love she can get.
Right now, she’s only working on the usual puppy things... and maybe convincing someone to share their heated blanket forever. ❤️

Wendi has some thoughts about personal space.
Specifically, she doesn’t believe in it.
Meet Wendi with
Wendi spent a good portion of her photoshoot trying to convince me that she belongs in my lap. Unfortunately for her, nobody told her she’s an oversized puppy and not a 10-pound chihuahua.
At 1.5 years old, Wendi is a happy-go-lucky girl with a heart every bit as big as her enthusiasm. She’s full of tail wags, goofy antics, and affection, always happiest when she’s close to her people. Whether she’s carrying around a favorite toy, chewing on a bone, snoozing nearby, or gently resting her head on you as a reminder that attention is overdue, Wendi just wants to be part of whatever you’re doing.
She’s house trained, crate trained, good with kids and dogs, and has yet to show anyone a mean bone in her body. She even enjoys watching fish and could happily spend time observing an aquarium like it’s her favorite TV show.
Like many social butterflies, Wendi is currently working on not coming on quite so enthusiastically when meeting new friends. She’s just very excited to tell everyone hello. 😅
If you’re looking for a sweet, goofy dog who thinks every lap is a lap dog lap, Wendi is ready to make herself at home. ❤️

Adoptable professional treat enthusiast. Amateur personal space respecter.
Meet Jack Jack with
Jack Jack arrived at his photoshoot ready to work. A few snacks, a few cues, and this handsome Akita was all in, making him an absolute joy to photograph.
At 2 years old, Jack Jack is a smart boy who already knows several tricks, walks nicely on leash, and is always happy to show off his skills when treats are involved. He’s the kind of dog who enjoys learning, loves having a job to do, and is even happier when that job ends with snacks.
But don’t let his working-dog enthusiasm fool you… Jack Jack is also a big fan of affection. He loves cuddles and will happily lean right into you for pets, fully convinced that closer is always better.
Like many friendly dogs, he can get a little excited when meeting people and occasionally forgets that all four paws belong on the floor. The good news? He settles quickly and is learning better manners every day.
Smart, affectionate, food-motivated, and full of personality, Jack Jack is ready to find a family of his own. ❤️
