Worrying is like paying interest on money you haven't borrowed. There’s no benefit in worry. There are no dividends in worry. Worrying is embracing and mentally and emotionally rehearsing the very things you don't wish to experience. So go within and begin to look at and dissolve worry by proclaiming, exclaiming, affirming, and feeling into the awareness that everything in your life is all right now. You've got to do this inner work so that those lower-frequency thoughts no longer run you.
