This listing expires tomorrow. So naturally, tonight we went FIRM! This one has kept me on my toes. This unique listing had multiple offers. We got one that worked, but wasn’t great. It included the SOBP clause I talked about a few reels back. (Go watch it to learn about this very important contract!) We then got a bump offer that activated the 48hr clause to release us from the first offer. We counted down and this new offer was the one we were now working with. The agent on the other side was attentive, fair, and fun. Together, we worked out a fair solution to inspection findings, and they got their financing locked down today, pushing this home into SOLD today, rather than expired tomorrow!
