Yesterday, we facilitated an Indigenous Awareness and Cultural Competency session with one of our clients. It’s inspiring to see organizations taking the time to learn before they act. This is how reconciliation begins — with understanding.

Today, we observed the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation at E3 Lithium's Calgary office, an event underscoring our commitment to acknowledging and learning from the past. We were privileged to have Elders Pam and Martin Heavyhead share their profound teachings and wisdom, enriching our understanding of Indigenous perspectives. Additionally, Artist Lana Manyfingers guided us through an Indigenous craft session, fostering a deeper appreciation for Indigenous artistry and culture.
This gathering emphasized the importance of reconciliation and cultural education in building a more inclusive future.
