I’m missing summer already. Blue Oyster, Pink Oyster, and Golden Oyster from last summer.

As we move into the winter months, I will be growing cold-tolerant mushrooms such as Blue Oyster, King Oyster, Lion’s Mane, Enoki, and Pioppino mushrooms.

We're getting ready for our summer grow.

Big knock day in the lab, inoculating 100+ bags with Lion’s Mane, Shiitake, Chestnut, Pink Oyster, Golden Oyster, and Blue Oyster.

I can’t wait to get these guys fruiting in our new tent.

Healthy mycelium colonized commercially viable gourmet mushroom spawn bags are now available. Our cultures have been tested time and time again in several growing conditions. They perform every time!
