Travel doesn’t have to mean losing your strength routine!
With just a hotel towel, a loop band, and a length of resistance band, you can keep your workouts simple, light to pack, and effective. These tools fit in any bag and give you endless ways to move.

Here are two easy hotel-room exercises to keep you strong on the go:
✨ Band Rows – Wrap your long band around a door handle or sturdy object. Pull toward you, squeezing your shoulder blades. Perfect for posture and upper back strength!
✨ Band Squats with Press – Stand on your long band, hold the ends at shoulder height. As you squat down, press the bands overhead as you rise. One move, full-body strength!

💡 Add in towel stretches or loop band walks for variety, and you’ve got a mini gym anywhere you travel.

Because staying strong is about consistency, not perfection—and every age is a stage for greatness. 🌟
