Happy launch day 🍾
A few months back we had the pleasure of partnering up with to help them navigate their rebrand.
There was so much self discovery that took place and we worked closely with their team to get clarity and confidence in who they are and how they want to show up in the world.
From there we developed their new brand name and design and we couldn’t be more thrilled with how it all came together.
Furthermore we are so excited for their business as they step into this exciting new chapter with a brand that they feel proud of and a clear vision of where they are going.

An oldie but a goodie. Forever crushing on this brand from earlier this year.
What I loved most about this brand was how much heart and intention went into every single way people experience it.
Have you ever sat down and thought about your customers experience, start to finish? Are there ways you can make that experience a bit more impactful?
Here are a few ideas:
- Include a personalized note in your packaging, reminding your audience that behind your business is a real person. Show them your heart and let them connect with you on a deeper level while feeling warm and fuzzy about supporting you.
- Integrate your shared values into all you do. For example, do you and your audience care about taking care of our planet? Offer reusable bags and ensure all of your packaging is eco-friendly. Let your people know that they are making sustainable choices by shopping with you. It will deepen your connection and give your customers all the feel good vibes.
- Keep the relationship alive, even after purchase. Offer encouragement and incentive for your customers to share their product on social media. Not only does this help you better understand their user experience, but it opens up an amazing opportunity for further engagement. Send them a DM thanking them for the shout out and ask how they are liking everything. Foster that friendship! Re-share their post with your audience too. Not only does that boost your credibility, but it's exposure for your customer and you might score them some new followers and friends too, so it's a win-win for all!
