Please be advised that our next CACC meeting is April 4 hosted by Village Way Kitchen, 10623 West Valley Road SW Calgary, Alberta T3B 5T2.

It is located in the New Victory Church building and the venue will be on the 2nd floor in the main dining hall.

No liquor may be served at this meeting!

We have 2 guest speakers lined up.

Chef Simon Dunn from SAIT will give an update on the apprenticeship program for the culinary arts.

Ridgerock Studio will deliver a presentation with some technical elements to consider in food styling and photography; they will highlight what they do in putting the best pictures forward to promote your business.
