As a flight attendant, yoga teacher and trainer, i feel like i went through the list of ‘most risky jobs during a pandemic’ and picked the top 3. 😕🥲😑
The anxiety is real! As everything is locked down for the 3rd time I thought about all the progress we’ve all made- I had just started getting to know and love my yoga community, i just got my cpt etc etc. All these attachments are natural and human! I had to remind myself that the universe always provides! 🙏🏼✨
And there are so many other ways to connect and build our community! (If anyone wants online classes or training let me know!) ⚡️
I don’t meditate everyday (i should though, i forgot how grounding and empowering it is to just feel and be still) but i had to do a quick one this morning from my little hotel room! Feeling a little better!

Hellewwww i’m back and i’m 30!!! Whew 😅
STILL not at a place i thought i would be by 30, family-wise, career, fitness- but i’m glad i can say i’m content where i am ❤️ i’ve always trusted the universe. Whenever life gets me down, it’s something i always go back to.
I am exactly where i am meant to be! I try to trust myself and walk towards a path i believe in and love ✨
So if you’re not in a good place right now, just wanted to share that i’m not too! It’s ok to be not ok! If you’re in the same boat, we’ll make it! And spread kindness and love as we make it!
Just in case, my life right now:
😫 no job, jumpstarting my yoga journey again, struggling studying anatomy, rejected from a couple of jobs i applied for. 🙃
😋but also! Spent my 30th with a few close family and a friend ( )❤️, got my first yoga gig, feeling the strongest i have ever been, i have a home, a hubby and a puppy!!! 🥰
Tough tough year, you guys! Kudos to those killing it! I’m not- and i’m ok with it 😚

Monday again, you guysss. 😳 To anyone that needs a little reminder- you don’t have to force yourself to have a or a or a kind of vibe. It’s ok to admit that you just CANNOT. Not today, Monday! Duuuuude weekends can be tough too!
Woke up wanting to do so many productive things! Ended up on my mat sphinx-ing and forward folding (of course had to take photo(s) lololol 😂😂😂).
Sometimes your headspace just isn’t there and the weight of everything going on in the world is so overwhelming! (Freaking myself out all over again tbh) 😂 i constantly need to remind myself or relearn this mindset of “fixing yourself right away”, “be happy”, “look on the bright side”. It’s OK to be sad, to admit you’re not up to it or to wallow and accept. ❤️🙏🏼 i find facing your sadness head on, detoxifies more than you think. ✨
So enjoy just being you this monday! Or this week! I’mma curl up in a fetal position now. 😅
