Not only do we carry out residential inspections we can also carry out commercial inspections, which can also mean the use of other licensed trades of which we vet and check references before using.
Commercial properties are often purchased from out of the province sight unseen, so a detailed and thorough inspection is imperative.

Having a cat and two dogs at home, we understand the issues that can arise arranging an inspection and finding dog a pet sitter or making other arrangements for pet care.
