My best friend headed in for her first round of chemo yesterday.
I guess technically… her second “first round.”

Her road has not been an easy one.

I wish I could fix this for her.
I wish I could be there every second to support her through it.

But when I can’t be there in person, I ride.

I think about her every single day.
I love her deeply.
And watching someone you love go through something this difficult changes you.

So this year, I’m riding in the Tour Alberta for Cancer for her.
