📊 Grande Prairie Market Update – March 2026
The spring market is starting to wake up… and the numbers are showing it.
Detached homes continue to lead the way with 93 sales in March and an average price of $419,454. For context, we saw 54 sales in January and 51 in February. That’s a steady climb and a strong signal of growing buyer activity heading into spring.
Here’s how the rest of the market shaped up:
• Semi-detached (half-duplex): 12 sales | $335,525 avg
• Apartments: 13 sales | $181,038 avg
• Row/Townhomes: 2 sales | $249,950 avg

Inventory is still tight, and as more buyers enter the market, we’re continuing to see solid demand, especially in the detached segment.
