“Years ago, I too was anxious to put on weight,” Sri Yukteswar told me. “During convalescence after a severe illness, I visited Lahiri Mahasaya in Benares.
“Sir, I have been very sick and lost many pounds’ “‘I see Yuteswar, you made yourself unwell, and now you think you are thin.’
“This reply was far from the one I had expected; my guru, however, added encouragingly:
“‘Let me see, I am sure you ought to feel better tomorrow.’ “Taking his words as a gesture of secret healing toward my receptive mind, I was not surprised the next morning at a welcome accession of strength. I sought out my master and exclaimed exultingly, ‘Sir, I feel much better today.’
“‘Indeed! Today you invigorate yourself’
“‘No, master!’ I protested. ‘It was you who helped me; this is the first time in weeks that I have had any energy.’
“‘Oh yes! Your malady has been quite serious. Your body is frail yet; who can say how it will be tomorrow?’
“The thought of possible return of my weakness brought me a shudder of cold fear. The following morning I could hardly drag myself to Lahiri Mahasaya’s home.
“Sir I am ailing again.’ “My gurus glance was quizzical. ‘So! Once more you indispose yourself.’
“‘Gurudeva, I realize now that day by day you have been ridiculing me.’ My patience was exhausted. ‘I don’t understand why you disbelieve my truthful reports.’
“‘Really, it has been your thoughts that have made you feel alternately weak and strong.’ My master looked at me affectionately. ‘You have seen how your health has exactly followed your expectations. Thought is a force, even as electricity or gravitation. The human mind is a spark of the almighty consciousness of God. I could show you that whatever your powerful mind believes very intensely would instantly come to pass.’

✨Do not be afraid — fear has a powerful ability to manifest.
The vibration of fear is one of the lowest energetic frequencies, and our Universe, by its very structure, responds to the vibrations we emit. Our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs act like signals sent into the energetic field around us, which then resonates and attracts experiences that match our inner state.
Fear is not only an internal experience — it is also energetic fuel.
Low-vibrational emotions such as fear, panic, and despair generate dense energy often referred to as loosh. This energy feeds lower-frequency entities that exist within the same vibrational range. When we remain in fear, we are essentially producing food for these forces and keeping ourselves energetically open to their influence.
Living in fear is like leaving the door open.
It weakens the aura, creates cracks in the energetic field, and makes a person far more susceptible to intrusive energies, manipulation, exhaustion, and imbalance. Fear is not neutral — it actively lowers consciousness and pulls awareness away from the heart and higher mind.
When we live in constant fear, our energetic field contracts. We become more vulnerable to illness, negative events, and chaos in everyday life. Fear of disease — such as cancer — not only poisons the mind, but also weakens the immune system, because the body, mind, and soul are one. Chronic stress keeps the body locked in survival mode, taking away its natural ability to regenerate and heal.
The same mechanism applies to fear around money and stability. People who constantly worry about bankruptcy or financial loss send a signal of lack into the quantum field. Their actions then become reactive rather than conscious — decisions are made from scarcity, which attracts even more situations that confirm that lack. This is not coincidence. This is manifestation.
On a collective level, fear functions in exactly the same way.
When media continuously bombard humanity with images of war, disaster, and uncertainty, mass consciousness is pulled into low-frequency states. Fear becomes normalized, and societies become easier to control. Division deepens, empathy collapses, and humanity remains trapped in fight-or-flight instead of evolving spiritually. History shows repeatedly that fear of the “other” leads to persecution, war, and the downfall of civilizations.
Yet there is another path — the path of awareness and conscious creation.
Your mind is a portal to the reality you are capable of creating. When you shift your attention toward love, trust, gratitude, and abundance, you move into higher frequencies that fear cannot access. These frequencies are inhospitable to lower entities and naturally restore energetic sovereignty.
Spiritual practices such as meditation, visualization, affirmations, energy healing (like Reiki), and time spent in nature strengthen the aura and reconnect you with the Source field — the primordial energy from which all life arises. In this state, fear loses its grip. You are no longer a source of loosh — you become a source of light.
You are not a victim of reality.
You are a conscious co-creator.
Your thoughts are energy that materialize through intention and focus. When you choose awareness over fear, you close energetic doors to lower influences and open yourself to synchronicity, higher guidance, and inspiration beyond the logical mind.
A daily practice of gratitude and affirmations such as:
“I am health.”
“I am protected.”
“I create a life in harmony.”
may seem simple, yet their power lies in consistency and belief. This is spiritual reprogramming of the subconscious — and over time, it becomes your lived reality.
Remember: what you feed with energy grows.
Fear feeds darkness.
Presence, love, and calm feed creation.
Instead of fighting what you do not want, focus on what you choose to embody. When you move into the space of the heart, you reconnect with Source energy — and from that space, fear has no power.
