Huge thank you to Calgary Chinese Pentecostal Church for their generous donation to our Emergency Shelter. Their Ladies’ Fellowship collected over 100 mascaras and makeup items to donate to the women staying at our Emergency Shelter who are seeking safety after fleeing domestic violence and abuse.
For women escaping unsafe situations and rebuilding their lives, something as simple as a new mascara or other makeup items can help restore confidence and dignity. Whether they’re preparing for a job interview, attending a court appearance, or taking the next step toward a safe future, these personal care items can make a meaningful difference. We prioritize the personal safety and wellbeing of our clients we serve at the Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter, providing support and resources needed to help women and their children move forward with confidence and create a future free from violence.
We would not be able to provide our life-saving programs and resources to the community without the selflessness and thoughtfulness of our kind donors and supporters. THANK YOU! 💜
