🏘️ While apartment and row-style home inventory is growing, detached homes remain in shorter supply, with inventory levels sitting 3% below both last year and long-term averages.

📉 Sales activity slowed in May, with 2,162 homes sold, down 16% from the same time last year. New listings also declined, but not enough to prevent inventory from building.
