Under Construction and Rebranding!!

Just got in a solid workout in. First decent one in a while and it feels good but I am sure exhausted. It was a good way to clear my mind and distract me from life in general. Sometimes things can seem so heavy and exhausting but a good workout lifting heavier things always does the trick.
If the stress builds up or important things so far away you need to just focus and clear your mind cause that can easily be the thing that makes you feel exhausted. All the small rewards add up and seem worthwhile but never loose focus on you dreams and goals you are trying to reach. 💪🏻💪🏻

Forgot to put this up last night but did a phenomenal arm day yesterday and walking out of the gym feeling like I did was amazing. Been happy with the results for over the past just over two weeks and can definitely say that my mental health has increased and in the end, that’s all that matters. But next week is gonna be interesting when I’m out on the road, but luckily the hotels I’m staying at say they have a gym so we’ll see how well that goes. heading out the door for the gym right now as I post this and to go alongwith the day be Valentine’s Day the most important thing is to be able to love yourself before anything and anyone else. So for me, the gym is definitely away. I’m able to do this and all it takes is the first step.

Had a great workout yesterday and needed it after the amazing supper I had (few extra biscuits to work off). Did a phenomenal shoulder workout and it is so good being back into my regular routine I had followed a few years back. Everyone trains different and with myself working in certain muscle groups and isolating those groups give me better results. I have tried the circuit style training and it never gave me the results I needed or wanted. So if anyone wants to start hitting the gym and whatever style you need please make sure it’s best for you and gives you the results you want. Only you know what’s best for your body and nobody can tell you different.

Got a good upper body workout in yesterday and it was also with an audience. Was talking to some friends on Tictok live and they asked if I could stay on and keep me accountable so why not. So it was a fun workout and apparently I was able to motivate and inspire a few friends to get back into the gym.
It’s sad how the personal trainer market is so saturated with some people trying to make an easy buck here. Otherwise I would be interested helping people make a difference but I have no problem taking friends to the gym with me or even just being some sort of motivation to help themselves. I am doing this all for me and those I inspire is just a huge bonus in my mind!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
