If you’re experienced, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping buildings running smoothly, we want to hear from you.
You’ll be working on HVAC systems, plumbing, general repairs, and responding to tenant requests across our facilities. It’s a hands-on role where your problem-solving skills and reliability make a real impact.
 
✅ 4+ years of experience
✅ Strong communication and teamwork
✅ Journeyman certification in a relevant trade is preferred
✅ Must be eligible to work in Canada
