These are my Lemon Raspberry Squares, and I'm trying to decide if I keep them on my menu. I know summer is coming, so should I do a summer theme? Or should I do a square for year round?
I was thinking of a Brownie Cheesecake Square, or just a simple lemon square. Let me know! ☺️

I never shared the cheesecake I made for a Mother's Day dinner 😊. A delicious Lemon curd on top of my New York style Cheesecake. This is definitely my new favorite.
Should I add it to the menu? 😄
