We’re growing!

Mackey Design Group is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team.

We’re searching for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. This role includes bookkeeping, invoicing, project coordination, and general office support.

Required:
• QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Payworks experience

Bonus:
• Adobe InDesign experience
• Experience working in a design firm
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
