Loonies for Literacy is EducationMatters’ system-wide fundraising event to help schools purchase the resources their students need the most. For every dollar a school raises for its own initiative, a dollar will also go to a school in need through the generosity of community sponsors and contributions.

Reading comprehension is a critical skill used in our day to day lives from youth through adulthood. We want to emphasize the importance of literacy at every level. In partnering with EducationMatters, we hope to encourage and help foster a passion for literature by making books and reading materials accessible for all students.
