It's a beautiful morning for yoga! We hope to see you this morning from 10-11 am.

We had another great practice in the park yesterday, thanks to everyone who came out!

We've got two more dates for Yoga in the Park scheduled in August:
Sunday, August 20 - 12:30-1:30 pm
Wednesday, August 29 - 10-11 am

Looking forward to meeting some more new faces on August 20!

Yesterday was a great start to the weekend; it was nice to see some new faces! Our next Yoga in the Park class with be Wednesday, August 9, from 2-3 pm. Hope to see you all there!

Good morning! The rain has decided to stay away, and the temperature is perfect for a refreshing practice to start your weekend! Looking forward to seeing everyone today at 11 am near the rink parking lot in Valley Ridge.

Hey everyone!

Just a reminder that Yoga in the Park will be held this Saturday, from 11am - 12pm. There is another event happening near the rink, so we will set up close-by, but not in the same spot as last week. Head to the parking lot and I will make sure we are visible from there. Currently, the forecast is for cloud with the possibility of rain, but I'm sure that will change in the next couple days. I'll post here at 10 am on Saturday morning to confirm that class is still on, or cancel if need be.

Don't forget your mat and water bottle. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday!
