Studio Renovation: transformed an old brass foundry built in 1912 into his design studio showroom and for his 10th anniversary and the building’s centennial. It was home for 5yrs, until relocating to a new space for the business’s 15th anniversary.

One of the most challenging, but rewarding and transformational kitchens designed was back in 2019. It was a bit of a logistical feat to work within the existing infrastructure of a tension cable condo building. It required a lot of planning to demo and turn the kitchen, and there were a lot of obstacles to overcome that often had the project operating at a glacial pace, which was a point of frustration for all involved. Nevertheless, everyone muddled through, and the outcome was really outstanding. The level of detail that and as well as the other trades was a complex masterful example in craftsmanship…from knife edge waterfall polished quartz island with wood inlay popup receptacle, to exposed dove tail joint drawers, inlaid bronze cast pulls, appliances, slab backsplash, chevron reclaimed wood floors, hand rubbed brass island facade with wood spacers, and antiqued mirror ceiling panels.
