Do you know what all of these homes have in common?
They’re all designed to fit the interior lots in Phase 21 and the pond lots in Phase 27.
And for a limited time, every one of these plans comes with a $20,000 design credit.
Whether you’re looking for a bungalow, a two-storey, or something customized to your family’s needs, our team is here to help you find the right lot, the right plan, and make it your own.
Stop by the show home this weekend and let’s talk about what’s possible!!

We are currently designing a custom bungalow for The Pointe. This client will be the second family to have us create a fully custom design specifically for this phase, and this is exactly what we love to do.
When working with us, you’ll rarely hear the word “no.” Whether it’s adapting one of our existing plans or creating something completely from scratch, every home is designed around how your family wants to live.
After 25 years of designing & building some of Calgary's best homes, we’ve learned there is no one-size-fits-all approach. No matter the size or price point of the home, every client receives the same custom design experience from start to finish, and that’s what makes the process so rewarding!!
Walking through our Elm spec home, it is easy to see why this one sold so quickly. Expansive windows flood the home with natural light, beautiful cabinetry throughout (coming soon), a triple-car garage, and a floor plan that works well for families.
The best part? We have another Elm available across from a park with a west backyard, and you can still make it your own!!
Like every home we build, so many of the details and features you see here come standard, not upgrades.
Get in touch to walk through the plan and chat about how we can make the next Elm yours.

Walking through this kitchen, this is exactly what we mean when we say we don’t play the upgrade game.
What you’re seeing here is standard. Panel front dishwasher, drawers everywhere, the island detailing with that ogee edge, built-in trash and recycling, and solid appliances.
These are the things that matter in how a kitchen actually functions day to day, and they’re already included.
No surprises, no back and forth. Just a process that feels straightforward and makes the entire building process enjoyable for our clients.
Walking into this ensuite, the tub is framed perfectly right from the start.
The arched opening sets the tone, pulling you into a space that feels calm and balanced. The freestanding tub sits centred on the window, taking full advantage of the view.
Off to the side, the vanity keeps things clean and functional. Tons of storage, simple lines, and finishes that carry through the rest of the home, so nothing feels disconnected.
Everything in here works together. Nothing is overdone, and nothing is missing. It’s just a really well-thought-out ensuite that feels as good as it looks.

The staircase in our Sequoia II doesn’t sit quietly in the background. Right at the front of the home, it’s flooded with natural light and completely open through to the lower level, so it naturally becomes a focal point the second you walk in.
Clean, straight lines, that oak handrail, and the black pickets all work together to keep it feeling architectural without overcomplicating it.
Spaces like this, thought through from every angle and making an impact without trying too hard, are what we love incorporating in our homes.

Walking in from the garage, this mudroom is set up exactly how it should be for a young family.
Right away, you’ve got a proper drop zone with cabinetry for keys and everything that tends to pile up, plus storage below that will get used. From there, it flows into full-height built-ins with closed storage and a bench that makes day-to-day life easier, especially with kids in and out.
And then the coat closet ties it all together, so nothing spills into the rest of the house.
This is one of those spaces that gets used constantly, so it has to work. Ours always do; no space is ever forgotten in our homes.
Walking through the barrel arch into the living room, then straight into the kitchen, this one flows.
You feel it right away with the arches, the vault, the windows pulling in all that light, and then it all lands in that kitchen.
Everything connects the way it should. Nothing feels separate or forced, just clean sightlines and spaces that make sense and perfectly flow from one to another.
This is what we focus on in every home: how it all comes together when you walk through it and how to keep families connected.

The secondary bathrooms in our clients Sequoia II each have their own look, but they still feel connected.
Same foundation, same level of detail, just layered a bit differently. One leans lighter, the other a bit moodier, but the materials, tones, and finishes all tie back to the rest of the home.
Not every space needs to match, and honestly, it shouldn’t. When it’s done right, everything still works together without feeling repetitive. That balance is what makes a home feel finished and perfectly tailored to those who call it home.

Walking into the Sequoia II, this space opens up right away as you pass through the arch.
The vaulted ceiling pulls your eye straight through to the fireplace, which anchors the entire room without feeling heavy. It’s clean, simple, and the perfect focal point
The large windows do what they’re supposed to do here, bring in the light and make the whole space feel bigger, brighter, and connected to the outside.
This is the kind of room that naturally becomes the hub of the home, where people gather, where everything happens, and where the house really starts to feel like it’s working the way it should.
