I'm not too sure how I got so deep into the 🇨🇦 music industry, but I'm happy I did because it's something worth cultivating, supporting and fighting for. 🤘

Being one of the only q***r cookbook authors/food writers in Canada and being one of the only q***r event programmers in the 🇨🇦 country music scene is not something I take lightly. Especially these days...

I've been comfortable in my own skin ever since I can remember. I've never felt scared to be who I really am. So, the things I do, the events I put on, much of what I write, etc...have grown to focus on helping to create spaces where people can feel comfortable and welcomed. To be themselves. ❤️🙏

The world can so often feel like a dumpster fire these days, and I think you're either a person who is fanning the flames or you're a person that is helping put that fire out.

The people in my life only do the latter, and I sincerely hope that goes for you too.
