Introducing Daluyong (Swell) — a Canada-focused shorts program where stories move like water: fluid, powerful, and deeply rooted. This year’s lineup brings together Filipino Canadian filmmakers exploring queerness, migration, land, and belonging — stories that rise, return, and resonate.
