May 4th–10th is Mental Health Week in Canada, led by the Canadian Mental Health Association.

This year’s theme “Come Together, Canada" aims to highlight how human connection and a sense of belonging support well-being.

At CASS, we see the impact of supportive relationships, inclusive communities, and meaningful opportunities in people’s lives every day. Through our programs and services, we are committed to helping individuals feel valued, connected, and supported.

This week, we encourage everyone to take a moment to check in with one another and help build communities where mental health is supported for all.
