So we start early, asking real questions about how a family plans to use their time outside, because every good outdoor space we've built started with that question, asked early, answered honestly. This bridge is one of them.

Four separate walkable glass panels. Roughly 600 lb each. Set panel to panel across a 20’ bridge section inside a finished-stage home.

Before the glass ever moved, our team had to build and execute the lift strategy that made it safe, controlled, and possible.

That is the part most people never see.

But in this home, glass is not an accent.

It is part of the architecture.

Floor-to-ceiling glass. Frameless interior railings. Exterior glass railings. An interior bridge. A second exterior bridge carrying the same glass language outside. Underwater windows. Sightlines that pull the landscape into the home and finishes that continue from inside to out without losing the intent.

That kind of continuity does not happen by accident.

It takes a builder willing to protect the design through every hard detail, every tight tolerance, every install that asks more from the team.
