With WASI renovations working in your side we can suggest you which renovations or upgrades to do , to get the most money from your property !!!

Now , we can offer 2 different options :

1) we take care of the renovation including , labour , materials , etc , and you pay us back from the sales proceeds .( some conditions apply )

2) we offer financing OAC , we do the renovation , labour , materials and our financing partner pay us back , and you do low monthly payments , aprox : $100 dls for every 10,000 dolars you borrow .

Example : if we do the renovations and the cost is $25,000 your monthly payments will be aprox $ 250 monthly , you can pay the loan anytime without penalties , and the interest for the loan are under 10% .
